Women in Midlife

“Midlife is when the universe gently places her hands upon your shoulders, pulls you close, and whispers in your ear: ‘I’m not screwing around. You were made to live and love with your whole heart. It’s time to show up and be seen.” -Brené Brown

Women in midlife face challenges that are unique as they move through this life transition contend with menopause and aging. Common issues that women in midlife face can include:

  • Self-Identity (Who am I now?)
  • Contemplation of or institution of big life changes (divorce, career change, etc)
  • Menopause and a changing body
  • Overwhelm and Stress
  • A sense of loss or like there’s something missing
  • Feeling unsure and insecure about what comes next
  • Depression and Anxiety

I am impassioned by working with women in midlife and supporting them through their midlife journey. This is a very important life stage where you’re likely contemplating where you are, reflecting on where you’ve been, and unsure of where you want to go. It’s ok. I understand. As a woman in midlife myself I bring deep compassion to my work and thrive on helping women find their way back to themselves and feel comfortable in their own skin.

In our work together I will help you identify what is most important for you and work with you to rediscover your inner strength and feel confident to live your life moving forward. Allow me the privilege of supporting you and your process.

It is never too late to start living the life you wish you had!
